But some flowers grow only in Armenia. Among them are:

Lilium Armenum



This flower bears the name of our country, Armenia. The yellow color of the flower and the delicate aroma are amazing. This species is very decorative and ideal for decorating flower bouquets.
The flower is mainly found in rural areas of Lori, Shirak, Aragatsotn, and other wetlands. We love this national flower. It is sad to remember that Lilium Armenum was recently registered in the Red Book of Plants of Armenia.

Lily of the valley



Spring in Armenia is often wet and the perfect time for this fragrant flower to bloom.
These delicate flowers decorate the gardens of many people.
They are also delicate flowers for wedding bouquets that go well with other flowers in plain shades. It is also said to bring success in love.

Irises



You can meet several subspecies of this gorgeous flower in Armenia. They are mainly found in Tavush, Shirak, and Lori marzes between May and July.
Shades range from pink to purple, brown to white. The flower blooms most often from April to June.

Forget-Me-Nots



Forget-me-nots usually come in a variety of colors, such as blue, pink, white, and yellow.
However, Armenian forget-me-nots are purple.

Wild tulips



While all over the world admire tulips, from spring to early summer, many can't claim the species as their own.
The wild poppy is an endemic species of the Armenian highlands. You can spot this bright red flower in the mountains of Armenia, in many cases even in the corners of cities.
